Janna graduated from Cal State LA with a bachelor’s degree in Economic Finance and Business Management. With 33 years of experience in the escrow industry, her journey began in 1992 when she first stepped into an escrow company while her parents were buying their first home. She was later interviewed by the owner and hired on the spot as an escrow assistant. Janna quickly developed a passion for working with people and managing every detail of each transaction. She is fluent in English, Mandarin, and Cantonese, and loves exploring different cuisines, listening to music, and watching movies. In 2016, she took over Mutual Escrow Company, leading it with her motto: “Work hard, play hard.” Known for her reliability and responsiveness, she strives to make the escrow process smooth and transparent for all parties involved. She believes in building long-term relationships through integrity, accountability, and exceptional service.
When she’s not guiding escrow transactions to the finish line, she enjoys spending time with her two lovely dogs, who always remind her to pause and smell the roses.
